• Our vehicles are actually maintained and promise that every appliance and accessory works when you pick up your rental or we will give you 1 day free!
• Our vehicles have awnings. Competitors don’t want to take the time to demonstrate how these work.
• We do not rent past 50K miles. When you show up at the national chains you will find they rent to 150,000 miles with minimal maintenance. You may be paying to rent a RV with one wheel in the grave.
• We will do everything we can in advance to insure you enjoy your trip, we want you to become addicted to RV’ing!
• We have a parts / supply store that stocks most of what you’d want for travel.
• Special needs / requests, ask and we will try to accommodate!

A Few More Specifics

$1000 damage and cleaning deposit required.

$500 minimum up to 50% of rental due at time of reservation. Non-refundable. Deposit may be transferred to a future rental if booking is canceled within 7 days of bookings start date.

No smoking, no pets. Any towing must be approved in advance. Towing fee will apply.

4 night minimum rental, no return on Sunday. Big discounts for more than 2 weeks.

$99 prep fee charged to all rentals, includes walk thru and normal septic supplies.

Return with empty holding tanks and the $89 sanitation fee is waived.

Rental Rates 2013

All rates subject to change until booked.  We reserve the right to charge more for events or uses we deem to cause more wear or increased risk to our RV’s.

Unit 1

23 Class C- 5 travelers max.  Sleeps 4 adults comfortably.  As of 4-1-13 it has under 20K miles.  It is equipped with a generator, roof ac, microwave, awning and great outside storage.  4 day min rental.

Unit 2

32′ Class A- 7 travelers Max.  Sleeps 6 Adults comfortably.  As of 5-1 it has under 15K.  It has all the normal stuff plus back up camera and jacks.  In addition to the rear queen bed suite, it boasts 2 bunks in the rear slide out.  Currently seeking 10 day + rentals June 15- Sept 15 only.

Unit 3

30’ Class C with XL slide out. 7 travelers max.  Sleeps up to 4 adults and three little people. Has all normal equipment + an awning.  As of 4-1 it has 37K miles.  This is a more deluxe RV than what you will rent at the national chains and has partial outside paint – It looks great in and out. 4 day min rental.

Unit 4

29’ Double Slide Class C- FULL Paint.  Looks like a million bucks – 110K replacement value new. As of 4-1 it has less than 15K miles.  Looking for only extended bookings – 2+ weeks until 6-15 then may open up to normal bookings.  Power Awning, back up camera – extra deluxe!

Unit 5

25’ Travel Trailer – 2013 Model- Slide out and bunks! – towable with most V8 half Ton PU –and full size SUV’s.  5000# dry weight.  Two bunks in the back, large dinnete / and front queen bed comfortably sleeps 6 adults.  Power awning, power tongue jack, AC and all the normal equipment.  5 day min rental.

Unit 6

30’ Class C with XL slide out. 8 travelers max.  Sleeps up to 4 adults and 3 little people comfortably. Has all normal equipment + an awning.  As of 4-1 it has 33K miles.  This RV has an overhead entertainment center with a TV and DVD player as well as a long single overhead bunk. Full size sofa, dinnete in the slide out and a pass side chair.  4 day min rental.

Full Service options:

Propane $4.00 per gallon

Engine Fuel $6.00 per gallon

Sanitation fee (tanks dump – rinse) $98.00

Wash and Vacuum included in rental other detail services $50 per hour with one hour minimum.

Proof of insurance will be requested at time of booking.  Unit 4 may require a insurance binder.

Windshield damage – $50 for a chip, $500 for replacement on the class C’s- $950 per side on the class A.

More units may be added between June 15 – Sept 15  as bookings fill up.
